How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next
As a Director in our Maritime sustainment business youll work with a team of highly skilled asset management and technical specialists. Youll be a trusted partner to Defence adding your own experience and drawing on Aurecons diverse experience developed from a range of clients and sectors to develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. Youll drive value connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.
Here are the key things youll do:
Be the single point accountability for asset management functions for maritime capability ensuring that we meet Defences objectives while satisfying Aurecons obligations and expectations.
Create and lead project teams to provide asset management and capability stewardship to maritime vessels.

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting engineering consulting or equivalent roles youll also have:
Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering Business Management)
Strong experience with Maritime Capability Defence or civil
Demonstrated experience and capability in the delivery of Defence and/or maritime assets focused on sustainment programs
Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong leadership interpersonal and people management skills
NV1 security classification or ability to obtain NV1 (Australian citizenship essentialas determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) website you know Aurecon You may be surprised.
