5 Years of experience in BO(Cristal Reports Business Objects) Java Oracle PLSQL Jasper Reports development experience Min 3 years of experience in BOs and Jasper Development with Java exposureExcellent Reports development and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills Experience and Excellent understanding on Reports DevelopmentUnderstand the requirementsDesign Development and Unit testingOptimize the code to improve performanceCo-ordinate with DevOps for deploymentsHandle / groom one or two peers in teamCommunicate with client and PO for priorities
