About the role
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics and people Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can shape the future of last-mile delivery Join us at Instabee as our new Last Mile Manager for Finland and help us redefine parcel logistics.
Some of the things youll do
Lead coach and develop the Routing and Courier Engagement teams to ensure high performance and engagement
Drive cost efficiency and operational excellence through proactive analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain strong collaboration across our Nordic and central teams to align with long-term goals
Ensure staffing competence and quality goals are met within your area of responsibility
Monitor compliance with processes legal requirements and workplace safety standards
Represent and contribute to group-wide projects and strategic initiatives
Foster a culture of improvement wellbeing and accountability leading by example every day
Your future team
Youll lead a team of dedicated routers and courier engagement specialists who are passionate about making last-mile delivery smarter and more efficient. Our vibe Collaborative fast-paced and always aiming for better together. Youll also work closely with operational and commercial teams across Instabees Nordic footprint.
What were looking for
At least 2 years of experience leading teams preferably specialists or cross-functional units
Bachelors degree in business administration logistics or similar
Strong business acumen with proven experience in budget and P&L responsibility
Sharp analytical mindset youre comfortable navigating data and uncovering cost drivers
High process maturity with a knack for continuous improvement and process development
Solid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English both written and spoken
A values-driven leader who takes ownership inspires others and acts with professionalism
The cherry on top
Familiarity with the Finnish logistics or last-mile market
Experience working with external partners such as courier or staffing companies
A track record of successful change management or cultural transformation
Comfort working in a fast-scaling or international company setting
