You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you ready to lead and grow one of Europes most exciting logistics operations As our new Regional Manager for Finland youll drive business performance team development and strategic alignment across our terminals with a direct impact on how millions of people receive their parcels. Youll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations top-tier customer satisfaction and high employee engagement while aligning with Instabees long-term goals.
Lead coach and support terminal managers across Finland including the Helsinki terminal.
Own and develop the regions business performance cost-efficiency and delivery quality.
Collaborate closely with Nordic and Group functions to align with company strategy.
Analyze cost drivers and lead improvement initiatives for sustainable growth.
Ensure legal compliance and high standards in health safety and the work environment.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Participate in key company-wide projects as a senior regional representative.
Youll be joining the Finnish operations team and lead a passionate group of local managers across our Finnish operations. Its a fast-moving people-first environment where collaboration and ownership are key. Were driven by operational excellence and inspired by making life easier for our customers.
Several years of experience in leading managers in personnel-intensive environments.
Bachelors degree in business administration logistics or similar
Proven track record of budget and profit responsibility with strong cost-awareness.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to guide decision-making.
Experience in process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
Solid knowledge of systematic health & safety practices in logistics or production.
Fluent in both Finnish and English (spoken and written).
Confident and inspiring leader who thrives in a changing environment.
Experience with Lean Agile or continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional collaboration across countries.
Experience working with unions or collective bargaining agreements.
Courageous prestige-free leadership style with a focus on coaching others.
