Job Description
- Serve as a Senior Collaboration Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams administration engineering and support for enterprise environments.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Teams including policies integrations reporting monitoring and advanced enterprise settings.
- Design deploy and support audio/visual (AV) solutions for conference rooms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation to improve system efficiencies.
- Integrate and automate workflows using Graph API and SharePoint REST API.
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and 3rd level support for productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
- Create and update technical documentation standard operating procedures and deliver training to end users and staff.
- Stay current with developments in collaboration technologies and recommend new capabilities to leadership.
- Collaborate with architects and senior leadership to propose and implement new solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and administrators.
- Work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days per week onsite in Richfield MN.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes (e.g. ServiceNow) and maintain high operational standards for M365 services.
Required Skills:
- 5 years deploying managing and administering Teams & SharePoint in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- 3 years supporting AV technologies (Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms).
- 3 years operational support with M365 services (OneDrive Power Platform Microsoft Office etc.).
- 3 years scripting (PowerShell) Azure Automation and working with Graph/REST APIs.
- Experience with ITSM tools and processes (ServiceNow).
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (dynamic rules conditional access automation).
- Project leadership experience using standardized methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and end-user computing technologies.
- Familiarity with NexThink for enterprise monitoring and support.
Other Details:
- 7 years total IT experience required.
- Local candidates only; recent local project experience required.
- Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Richfield MN.
- Interview process involves hiring manager senior IT manager and peer engineer.
