The Site Foreman oversees daily operations on residential construction sites ensuring work is completed safely on time on budget and to high-quality standards. This role manages subcontractors coordinates site activity and serves as the on-site leader from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities-
Supervise all on-site construction activities per plans scope and schedule.

Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.

Manage labor hours subcontractors materials and inspections.

Maintain a clean safe and organized site following OSHA and safety standards.

Lead daily operations enforce quality and conduct safety meetings.

Keep daily logs and weekly reports on progress labor deliveries and issues.

Communicate clearly with clients and project managers about status and updates.

Address client concerns professionally on-site.

Perform quality control checks and resolve defects promptly.

Assist with post-construction warranty or maintenance needs.

Education: High school diploma or GED (trade school preferred).

Experience: 5 years in residential construction including supervisory roles.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication

Carpentry and general construction knowledge

Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes

Organized detail-oriented and safety-focused

Familiar with Buildertrend Co-Construct or similar software (preferred)

Lift up to 70 lbs; stand bend and move for long periods

Work safely on ladders roofs and in tight spaces

Use power tools and construction equipment confidently
