Were seeking a Treasury & Financial Operations Manager with proven experience scaling financial operations driving efficiencies via automation and managing cash flow in the financial services industry.
Reporting to the Controller and partnering closely with the Head of FP&A Head of Capital Markets and the CFO this critical role involves managing all day-to-day treasury and finance operations ensuring efficient cash flow mitigating financial risks and fostering strong relationships with our capital markets team and partner banks.
The person in this role will also be instrumental in transforming our financial operations by leading the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems and evolving our processes from manual workflows to automated efficient systems.

Annual full-time base salary range: $125000 - $140000
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience education certification(s) training skills and competencies related to the role.
