Role Overview: Tigerwood Crew Members play a vital role in delivering exceptional service at offsite locations across New York City. These locations include facilities providing temporary housing and critical resources to migrants seeking asylum. Crew Members ensure food safety maintain quality standards and create a welcoming environment while assisting with meal distribution and other operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety by following proper handling practices and monitoring temperatures.
• Assist with the plating and distribution of hot and cold meals.
• Restock service lines and organize inventory to maintain efficient operations.
• Receive and organize deliveries ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at designated stations and throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide friendly professional interactions with guests addressing inquiries or concerns with care.
• Use scheduling and communication applications as needed.
• Support additional projects and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Food Handlers Certificate preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work standing or walking for long periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as twisting bending and squatting.
• Work in fast-paced environments and in all weather conditions.
