Pay Scale: Paraprofessional 5
Primary Purpose:
Receive process and maintain files and records for both paraprofessional and clerical applicants and employees of the district.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of college coursework or related work experience
Experience:
Three years clerical and file maintenance experience (preferably in a public education environment).
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs and apps
Ability to use personal computer and software to maintain spreadsheets and databases
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Ability to comply with established timelines
