The Director of Family Support Services provides administrative operational and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of the departments and programs within Family Support Services; and collaborates with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience driving strategy towards the achievement of goals.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Child Life Child Development or related field
7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required
Child Life Certification required
