Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity on its BDS Core Strategy team for a Senior Strategy Analyst! As an analyst on the team you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Aerospace and Defense industry and to support business and investment strategies for one of the most successful defense and security companies in the world. This position can be in El Segundo CA Seattle WA Saint Louis MO or Arlington VA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain analytical products on the health of the defense industrial base competitor capabilities and industry investments and what it means to BDS
- Stay up to date on relevant investment technology threat and customer trends
- Collaborate with analysts engineers and division teams to develop differentiated insights into the defense industrial base and its impacts on our plans and investments
- Work across teams to generate key strategic analysis possess an aptitude for critical thinking and can present the insights from this analysis to senior leaders
- Understand the bigger strategic picture but also can deep-dive into the key strategic and tactical issues of the businesses
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5 years of experience collecting organizing synthesizing and analyzing data summarizing findings developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- 5 years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word Power Point and Excel
- Experience with cross-functional projects
- Experience in a strategy corporate development or market analysis role or related experience
- Experience presenting work products to executives senior leadership or external customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Experience in developing and analyzing complex business case and cost models
- Knowledge or experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or military customers
- Experience with systems engineering operations analysis and/or threat analysis
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD9 years related work experience Master12 years related work experience 18 years related work experience etc.).
Relocation:

This position may require travel up to 25%

St Louis: $157500 - $192500
