Job Summary/Purpose
Leads the analytics function for the Business & Economic Development department to improve execution and drive growth in the Entergy Louisiana (ELL) service territory. Serve as a central point of contact for requests for data and information regarding ELLs managed industrial accounts. Support 11 account executives and Director Industrial Accounts with portfolios representing approximately 100 large industrial customers and hundreds of individual accounts. Design and deploy systems and process for data accuracy access and reporting for the Industrial Accounts team which assists in securing new and retained AGM.

Position reports to Vice President Business & Economic Development however a matrix-ed collaboration with industrial account executives project managers and Entergy analysts is required.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position.
Bachelors degree or previous work experience. MBA preferred. Undergrad major in Business Analytics Economics Finance or Information Systems & Decision Sciences is desired.
Bachelors Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
Desired: Masters Degree.
Minimum experience required of the position.
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work within a team environment. Strong project management analytical and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of PC operations and software.
Minimum experience required of the position.
Analyst II: 2-4 Years of professional experience
Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience
Analyst SR: 6 years of professional experience
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position.
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint.
