We are a community compounding pharmacy in Mount Pleasant South Carolina licensed in 25 states.
Job OverviewSweetgrass Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic Territory Growth Consultant to join our expanding team and lead business development efforts across Upstate South Carolina. This full-time role focuses on selling compounded prescription products to physicians and providers in the designated territory. Travel is required and compensated through a salaried structure with additional incentives.
What Youll Be DoingBuild and maintain a network of physician offices and providers to identify new sales opportunities
Sell Sweetgrasss compounded prescription portfolio including weight loss therapies dermatology compounds ophthalmology solutions BMPs facial creams and more
Communicate regularly with providers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
Ensure provider satisfaction through follow-up problem-solving and relationship management
Communicate feedback and ideas for new offerings to the Chief Compounding Officer
Track and maintain detailed sales reports and territory forecasts using CRM tools
Attend industry events and represent Sweetgrass Pharmacy professionally and enthusiastically
Relationship Builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Growth Mindset with proven ability to sell and execute a territory strategy
High energy self-starter and go-getter mentality
Comfortable fielding a wide variety of provider questions and delivering solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
CRM experience with lead generation and conversion proficiency
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Upstate South Carolina (50% travel)
Base compensation plus incentive plan
