Job Description

Job Summary:
We are a property management company dedicated to building thriving communities and enriching the living experience for our residents. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple smaller multifamily properties and single-family homes throughout the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property management operational leadership and customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Manage the daily operations of multiple small multifamily properties and single-family homes across Atlanta.

Implement effective systems for rent collection lease administration maintenance coordination and vendor management.

Monitor property budgets and prepare regular financial reports to support operational efficiency and profitability.

Ensure compliance with all applicable local state and federal housing regulations.

Staff Development and Leadership:

Supervise coach and support on-site property management and maintenance staff promoting continuous learning and professional development.

Hold regular team meetings to communicate company goals operational updates and performance expectations.

Establish and track performance metrics providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Partner with HR for the recruitment onboarding and retention of a skilled and motivated team.

Resident Relations and Community Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents ensuring prompt professional handling of inquiries and concerns.

Coordinate community activities and events to foster resident engagement and neighborhood connection.

Maintain safe clean and welcoming environments across all managed properties.

Collaborate with local service providers and community partners to enhance resident services.

Business Development and Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates including online listings and local outreach initiatives.

Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to boost property visibility and referral opportunities.

Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties to maintain competitive rental rates and service offerings.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Property Management or a related field preferred but not required.

Previous experience in property management ideally overseeing multiple sites or scattered-site portfolios.

Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resolve issues.

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time
