Job Description
Location: Ikeja Lagos
Salary: 10000 - 140000 Monthly
Work Mode: Full-time
Experience Required: 1 3 years (preferably in a consulting firm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a consulting environment with a track record of sourcing and placing top talent across diverse roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting candidate sourcing screening interviews and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop job descriptions and job ads that attract top talent.
Use innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn job boards referrals etc.) to build strong candidate pipelines.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Assist with other HR support functions as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
. or HND in Human Resource Management Business Administration Psychology or any relevant field.
1 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a consulting or HR outsourcing firm.
Solid understanding of recruitment techniques tools and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
