Position: TKash Sales Executives

Role Purpose:
1. Recruitment of T-kash Agency hierarchy from Head Office to sub agents and ensuring activity of both in terms of transactions and float availability in the Territory.
2. Merchant recruitment and management in assigned Territory.
3. Trade development to ensure maximum T-kash visibility in assigned Territory.
Duties:
1. Ensure T-kash Agent Head Offices in assigned Territory are fully trained on product knowledge and engaged in T-kash business.
2. Facilitate and ensure product availability in the Territory i.e T-kash float.
3. Ensure sub agents in the assigned Territory are fully trained on product knowledge and engaged in T-kash business.
4. Recruitment of Agent Head Office and sub agents.
5. Recruitment of T-kash Merchants in assigned Territory and managing them to ensure that they are active.
6. Trade management to ensure T-kash visibility in the Territory.
7. Train sales staff on Tkash knowledge and how to sell the product. Also train and all Telkom staff to have the knowledge.

Academic background & Professional Knowledge:
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field
At least 2 years experience in a sales role with an advantage to candidates who have experience working with a MNO
