As an Accounting Team Lead
Key responsibilities & duties:
Onboarding new client and smooth handover it to team members.
Taking care of client satisfaction.
Feedback giving to team members as and when required.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members.
A proactive client-focused and results-oriented approach.
Should have people management skill.
Should be able to grow and run team individually.
Should be able to engage motivate and develop capability of team members.
Use of popular software used for Australian Accounting specifically Xero MYOB NetSuite and QuickBooks online preferred.
Should be able to troubleshoot of client s query.
Requirements
Important skill sets:
Technical Accounting skills- Australian KPO experience is preferred.
Prior experience in managing team is mandatory.
Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is mandatory
