Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master s preferred). 5+ years of experience in training delivery and management, ideally in the language training or skill development sectors. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, teaching methodologies, and instructional design. Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience: Experience in international recruitment, workforce development, or talent mobility sectors. Familiarity with language certification programs such as IELTS, PTE, OET, or proficiency in languages like German, French, or Japanese. Proven track record of successfully handling both online and offline training operations.
