Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fa ade Design Engineer to join our dynamic design team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative fa ade design solutions across a range of high-end commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed fa ade design drawings and 3D models (AutoCAD Revit Rhino etc.)
Prepare structural calculations and coordinate thermal/waterproofing design aspects
Collaborate with architects consultants and project managers to deliver design intent
Conduct technical feasibility studies and material assessments
Support design development from concept to installation stage
Review fabrication and shop drawings submitted by vendors
Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards
Visit project sites for technical coordination and inspections when required
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
3 5 years of fa ade design experience in curtain walls glazing cladding systems etc.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Rhino Revit or SolidWorks is a plus
Sound knowledge of fa ade systems materials fabrication and installation methods
Understanding of structural and thermal behavior of building envelope systems
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with international standards (BS/EN ASTM etc.)
Experience with wind load calculations and structural fa ade analysis tools (e.g. Staad Pro Mepla)
Exposure to parametric design and BIM workflows
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Architecture. 2 3 years of experience in architectural design, especially in residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
