Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedFinance Business Process Manager FP&Ato join our Strategy&Digital Technology coalition within Fusions S/4 Business Transformation function. In this pivotal role you will shape and optimize FP&A processes in SAPS/4HANA driving standardization data integrity and regulatory compliance across AsiaPacific. You will collaborate closely with Finance Business Process Owners regional finance teams and the program PMO to ensure seamless integration successful data migration and broad user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Implementation Lead detailed design of profitcenter/costcenter structures and chart of accounts to support grosstonet SG&A pricing and costing analyses.
Pricing & Rebate Management Partner with business teams to embed endtoend rebate workflows ensuring accurate calculation tracking and reporting.
Data Conversion & Migration Define and execute migration strategies for pricing costing rebate and transactional data into S/4HANA.
Training Testing & Cutover Develop training content facilitate UAT and coordinate cutover activities to guarantee a smooth golive.
Process Optimisation Leverage S/4HANA Vistex BPC and analytics tools such as PowerBI to streamline reporting enhance transparency and improve decisionmaking.
Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the bridge between finance teams and the transformation program quickly resolving process gaps and aligning solutions with business objectives.
Compliance & Standardisation Champion consistent FP&A pricing costing and rebate processes across APAC ensuring that regulatory statutory and tax requirements are fully met.
Qualifications :
Education Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related discipline; MBA a plus.
Experience 6 years in finance with at least 3 years focusing on management reporting pricing costing or rebate management within SAP (S/4HANA or ECC). Proven success delivering finance processes during largescale ERP transformations.
Technical Expertise Handson knowledge of SAPS/4HANA Finance Vistex BPC and analytics platforms (PowerBI / Tableau); strong grasp of L4L6 process documentation.
Soft Skills Exceptional leadership communication and changemanagement capabilities; proactive solutionoriented mindset.
Languages Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
Mobility Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Work Environment Comfortable working in a hybrid model and across multicultural teams.
