Job Description

Are you a creative detail-oriented marketing professional looking to make a real difference Were on the lookout for a Brand and Campaign Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based support office and help shape the future of childrens experiences across Australia New Zealand the UK and Ireland.

About the role:

Youll be the creative engine behind our marketing campaigns and branded materialscoordinating the production and distribution of marketing assets and leading the rollout of new initiatives across our global portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and distributing branded collateral to support in-service delivery teams.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Managing creative development for campaigns across print digital and social.
  • Managing and posting content on our socials channels across LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook
  • Supporting internal communications and promotional messaging.
  • Coordinating with external providers like designers printers and digital agencies.
  • Managing content on our internal JAM portal and ensuring easy access to key materials.

Qualifications :

About you:

  • 35 years experience in a marketing brand or campaign coordination role.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of brand strategy and creative development.
  • Excellent written communication and content development skills.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • A proactive autonomous approach and the flexibility to manage change.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating impactful audience-driven marketing
