Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Provide a thorough consultation to assess your guests ideal image evaluating face shape hair texture and at-home maintenance preferences.
- Perform individualized services to achieve the guests ideal cut or style using cutting and styling techniques and products.
- Educate your guests on achieving their look at home using the salons product lines and recommended styling techniques.
- Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to attain guest retention.
- Continuously grow your technical skills and compensation through our level system focusing on continuing education guest retention and delivery of at-home care recommendations.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- State of Michigan Cosmetology License
- Charismatic approachable personality with a passion for hair design
- Personal drive to advance your skills and career
- Experience working with Aveda cutting and styling techniques and products is a plus
