What youll do:
You will handle incoming inquiries from internal and external customers via phone and JIRA ticketing system. Youll provide basic technical support resolve issues efficiently and document all interactions in our CRM. Youll work closely with our learning and compliance platforms to ensure an exceptional support experience.
