Job Description: A MDM Mobile Device Management JAMF administrator manages and secures Apple devices Macs iPhones iPads within an organization using JAMF Pro software. This role involves deploying configuring and troubleshooting devices as well as automating tasks and ensuring security compliance.  Device Management Deploying configuring and managing Apple devices macOS iOS Implementing and enforcing security policies including device encryption password policies and app restrictions.

Mandatory Skills:

• AMF Pro Expertise: Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro including automation functions API integrations and scripting (zsh bash).
• Device Management: Experience managing large-scale deployments of Apple devices (85000 devices).
• Automation: Proficiency in creating and managing automation workflows using JAMF Pro.
• Security: Strong understanding of Apple device security including certificates encryption and compliance policies.
• Scripting: Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (zsh bash) for automation and reporting.
• API Integration: Experience with JAMF Pro Classic API and JAMF Pro API for data management and automation.
• Data Management: Ability to read parse and manage data using JSON and property list (.plist) files.
• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve device management issues.

Good To have Skills:

• JAMF 400 Certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apple device management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Apple device deployments in retail environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
