PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for over 7500 biweekly employees across 11 pay groups in North America.
Responsible for managing and training two direct reports.
Manage all aspects of payroll processing including data entry calculations of wages bonuses deductions and tax withholdings.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll laws and regulations.
Generate and analyze payroll reports identifying trends variancs and areas of improvement.
Manage and monitor payroll policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
Monitor that all proper documentation and record-keeping is being kept for all payroll activities.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE PAYROLL AND HRIS
Create and manage standard and customized reports and queries conducting audits to ensure data integrity.
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records.
Manage payroll testing during system upgrades.
Handle complex payroll issues and inquiries providing resolution and support.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Collaborate with HRIS and Finance departments to integrate payroll systems and enhance processes.
Provide insights into best practices and understanding of system logic.
Collaborate with Dayforce support to troubleshoot issues and assist in rolling out new functionalities.
Qualifications :
8 years of experience processing multi-state payroll with at least 4 years of managerial experience.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Professional Payroll Certification (CPP) Preferred
Experienced with Ceridian Dayforce
Payroll implementation knowledge
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP pivot tables functions).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of payroll processes systems and regulations.
In-depth understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills skilled in communicating with all levels of management across diverse divisions and departments
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92000 to $138000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
