The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all spa guests responsible for delivering a welcoming professional and seamless guest experience. This role includes managing reservations ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting the overall efficiency of the spa. The ideal candidate is personable detail-oriented and passionate about wellness and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Handle incoming calls and emails for spa inquiries bookings and confirmations.
Schedule appointments and update the booking system accurately.
Provide information about spa services treatments and retail products.
Process payments issue receipts and manage daily cash handling procedures.
Coordinate guest flow between treatment rooms and relaxation areas.
Maintain a tidy serene and inviting front desk and reception area.
Upsell treatments packages and retail products to maximize revenue.
Follow all spa SOPs and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.
Perform administrative tasks such as reporting stock tracking and filing.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a spa wellness center or luxury hospitality front desk role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in booking systems or spa management software (e.g. Zenoti Book4Time SpaSoft).
Basic knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
Professional appearance and a calm positive demeanor.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays.
