Job Description
- Maintain and update supply chain data including inventory records supplier details and product attributes across systems.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry for new product introductions across ERP and planning systems.
- Create and manage part numbers in the MRP/ERP system ensuring proper categorization traceability and accuracy.
- Support direct and indirect procurement activities by creating and managing purchase orders ensuring alignment with operational timelines.
- Ensure standardized structuring of bills of materials (BOMs) and product master data across all product families.
- Perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data such as inventory levels lead times supplier performance and order fulfillment to generate insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a framework to define calculate and track key supply chain and operations KPIs (e.g. OTIF inventory turns forecast accuracy PO cycle time).
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and trends using tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies recommend corrective actions and support cross-functional teams in improving operational outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency by performing regular audits and validations; implement processes to prevent errors at the source.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data workflows and automate routine reporting processes for increased efficiency.
- Act as a key support resource for procurement planning and operations teams by delivering timely and accurate data and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications :
- CEGEP diploma (DEC) DEP professional certification or equivalent in a related field such as supply chain operations or data analytics.
- Proven experience in data analysis KPI development and dashboard creation within a supply chain or operations environment.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and experience in managing part master data and procurement-related records.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and present actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
