Job Description
Thermoforming Expert Responsible for Cabinet and Inner Door machines
Main Activities :
Develop and optimize thermoforming processes for manufacturing plastic fridge components.
Troubleshoot production issues related to thermoforming at assembly line.
Work with suppliers an tool makers to review desings and NPI.
Work with all documentation to ensure the proper production.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process * thickness and wrinkles.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve product performance.
Work with other areas to provide feedback supplier and customer internals .
Qualifications :
Engineering Degree
Proficiency English
3 years of experience in related field
