What Youll Do

As a Software Application Expert youll play a key role in theend-to-end deliveryof our digital health solutions. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs configure and implement our applications and ensure a seamless user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisor
• Configuring and integrating software to meet customer specifications
• Delivering training and ongoing support to users
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
• Managing project timelines risks and documentation
• Traveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as needed

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who combinestechnical know-howwithexceptional communication skillsand a passion for customer success.

Must-haves:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Medical/Hospital Informatics or a related field
• 13 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.g. LIS middleware analyzer management inventory systems)
• Hands-on experience with implementation configuration and support
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office MS Project or SmartSheet

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with training and supporting end users
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and quality
• A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
