What Youll Do
As a Software Application Expert youll play a key role in theend-to-end deliveryof our digital health solutions. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs configure and implement our applications and ensure a seamless user experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisor
- Configuring and integrating software to meet customer specifications
- Delivering training and ongoing support to users
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
- Managing project timelines risks and documentation
- Traveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as needed
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who combinestechnical know-howwithexceptional communication skillsand a passion for customer success.
Must-haves:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Medical/Hospital Informatics or a related field
- 13 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.g. LIS middleware analyzer management inventory systems)
- Hands-on experience with implementation configuration and support
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office MS Project or SmartSheet
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with training and supporting end users
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and quality
- A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
