PCB Layout-footprint designer (technology integrator)

The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines comfort functions airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state inertial yaw-rate pressure NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state-of-the-art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

Your tasks:

     Develop and implement footprints for electrical and electromechanical CAD components (SMD trough-hole)

    Maintenance of footprint library for printed circuit boards

     Layout-related technology integration in collaboration with Hungarian and international development partners.

     Coordination and implementation of complex technical topics

     The result of your work will be used in automotive products worldwide.

Qualifications :

       BSc. or MSc. degree in electrical mechanical engineering or similar (physicist mathematician)

       CAD software experience and knowledge (e.g. OrCAD Altium Eagle AutoCAD etc.)

       Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical technical knowledge

       Good communication skill in English and/or German

       Understanding of complex processes

       Analytical mindset

What gives you further advantages:

     Experience in layout and/or footprint design

     Programing skills (databases web C)

     Electronic manufacturing technology knowledge (e.g. PCB manufacturing SMT)

     Work experience in an international intercultural development team
