What will you be doing
Our Wholesale & Foodservice division is an integral part of Circana and our objective to remain the first point of call for the insight and analytical requirements of the worlds leading CPG manufacturers.
In the role of Senior Account Manager (SAM) your responsibility will be to manage a varied list of manufacturing clients who currently adopt Circanas Wholesale Market Measurement services to help them drive wider market awareness and identify areas of growth for their business and related categories alike.
For this role we are seeking a commercially minded individual with a strong Wholesale Foodservice or FMCG insight background to help the Wholesale & Foodservice division continue to accelerate long term growth plans and strengthen our client partnerships with a data first led mindset.
Our SAM will be responsible for ensuring existing client agreements are renewed in a timely manner with further revenue opportunities actively scoped and delivered wherever possible. To support you will work closely with other key stakeholders and teams across the wider Circana business to ensure client satisfaction remains high to meet our objective of being the first point of call for all of the clients insight and analytical needs.
The ideal candidate will operate at a high level of intellectual curiosity exhibit superior analytical skills demonstrate a strong work ethic and bring a proven ability to work with and lead teams. This candidate must have a passion for understanding driving value and delivering growth for Circanas business and the customers we serve.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director of Wholesale CPG the SAM will be responsible for their book of clients and associated revenue targets associated with them.
The SAM will be able to form and dictate their time accordingly when it comes to managing their book of clients. Regular check ins with clients whether they be in-person or virtually would be essential as well as the regular internal reporting on client health status and potential areas for growth / risk.
The commercially minded SAM will have a responsibility to manage all revenue requirements associated to their clients so must be familiar with CRM tools for continuous visibility of revenue performance.
The Wholesale & Foodservice division of Circana continues to grow which provides an opportunity for our SAM to help shape our plans and strategies around our Product Insight Service and Analytical offerings all with the client at the centre of decision making.
Relationship building with key colleagues and teams elsewhere in the Circana business to ensure client satisfaction remains high as well as pursuing opportunities to present a One Circana united front to your clients.
Participation in industry events and exhibitions.
