The New Business Account Executive is a high-impact key contributor to HSMs growth strategy responsible for identifying engaging and converting high-value prospects into long-term customers within the commercial transportation space. This role blends strategic prospecting with hands-on sales execution requiring a strong ability to uncover customer needs position tailored solutions and close new business. Success in this position demands resilience resourcefulness and a bias for actiondriven by a commitment to deliver value and results. Ideal candidates are competitive consultative sellers with the discipline to drive pipeline activity and the relationship skills to transition early wins into recurring revenue accounts. Target markets include OEMs upfitters dealers fleet operators and specifiers across transit shuttle van bus and specialty vehicle sectors.
Location: Greater Charlotte NC or surrounding areas preferred; open to alternative locations
