As the Global Additive Technology Center Leader youll lead the development of innovative additive manufacturing processes that improve how industrial products are designed built and deliveredwith greater speed and precision. Youll guide a talented team and work closely with product development groups external partners and our Global Additive Manufacturing Center to bring innovative ideas to life.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Set the vision and direction for metal-based additive manufacturing technologies keeping Emerson at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field
  • Partner with internal teams to move new additive technologies from concept to production improving product quality speed and cost-efficiency
  • Build and maintain a vibrant R&D ecosystem focused on applying the latest additive technologies across our product lines
  • Collaborate with product teams to create designs that leverage the unique strengths of additive manufacturing while safeguarding Emersons intellectual property
  • Guide Emersons additive manufacturing standards working with industry bodies and internal stakeholders to influence and adopt best practices
  • Lead mentor and grow a skilled team of engineers and technicians who support additive adoption across Emerson
  • Contribute to the Global Additive Manufacturing leadership team and help drive global implementation efforts
Who You Are:

You bring people together listen to diverse viewpoints and create space for new ideas. You communicate clearly and build trust across technical and non-technical teams. You enjoy solving tough problems and turning ideas into practical solutions.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Materials or Manufacturing
  • 5 years of experience leading technical teams
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience developing technical strategy and guiding innovation
  • Familiarity with ASTM ASME or other industry standards (experience with standards committees is a plus)
  • Ability to build partnerships across engineering manufacturing and supply chain functions
  • Comfortable navigating a global matrixed organization
  • Skilled at identifying both technical and business opportunities for new technology
