The Administrator III TLT or SDA position provides high-level administrative analytical and operational support to Transit Facilities Superintendents and leadership team. This position manages key business processes and ensures consistent application of policies and procedures. The role serves as a liaison between two sections in Transit Facilities Division and leadership while leading efforts to improve efficiency and support employee success.
About Metros Transit Facilities Division:
King County Metro Transits Facilities Division maintains all Metro Transit properties such as bus bases park & rides bus shelters and offices and maintenance shops. Services include bus shelter repairs and replacements bus shelter cleaning trolley wire repairs radio maintenance for buses environmental spill clean-up bus sign replacement graffiti removal and other facilities maintenance duties. Internally team provides division-wide support functions for finance budget environmental compliance safety training administrative services and new employee orientation. Planning inventory/materials management work center workforce management functional asset management general/maintenance agreements systems support capital infrastructure sustainable resources/energy.
This recruitment willimmediatelyfill one (1)TLT/SDAposition and may also be used to create an eligibility pool for future TLT/SDA positions valid up to 12 months or until exhausted and at the discretion of the hiring authority.The duration of the assignment isanticipatedto be 12 months with the possibility to extend.
Interviews are anticipated to occur during the week of July 21st 2025but are subject to change.
Note on starting wage:Depending on qualifications we may offer the candidate a different starting step at the discretion of the hiring authority.
