About the team The ANCHOR team (Automated Navigation and Control of Releases) is focused on streamlining and standardizing the release process for Kuipers Payload organization. This team manages releases for all Payload LRUs ensuring consistent release quality pipeline health and process efficiency. The teams charter includes creating release automation documenting changes tracking versioned releases and supporting the transition to a Mono-Repo structure as a long-term strategy. ANCHOR operates autonomously focused on improving time-to-release automation reliability and release transparency.
- 3 years of engineering team management experience - Bachelors degree - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
- Masters degree in computer science engineering mathematics or equivalent - 5 years of working directly within engineering teams experience
