The Manager Digital Transformation is a critical role within the Invited Accounting organization focused on supporting our Accounting Finance and Operations teams with data analytics and the automation/transformation of key processes and reporting. This individual working within a team dedicated to systems management and innovation will concentrate on continual improvement of our reporting and analysis capabilities utilizing current tools and technology. They will be relentlessly focused on evaluation of current processes to determine ways to provide trusted decision-ready data through real-time dynamic processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with business owners to identify and implement process improvements; understand processes from the individual clubs through to consolidated reporting to support and enhance operations.
- Create and update Oracle Business Intelligence reports ensuring data is accurate and ties to the general ledger.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to support process automation.
- Design or update financial models for new or modified accounting methodologies.
- Assist with implementation of new technology solutions for Accounting Finance and Operations.
- Build and monitor Power BI reporting for the Accounting and Shared Services teams.
- Create and maintain Power Apps to support automated processes.
- Perform continual reviews of existing processes and implement changes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Required Knowledge Skills Abilities
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting finance systems management or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Working knowledge of general ledger system (Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial tools including Power BI Power Automate and Power Apps
- Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel
- Experience in multiple Finance and Accounting departments/roles
- Solutions-first analytical innovative critical thinking mindset
- Attention to detail; ability to understand a process at a detailed level while also at a higher strategic level
- A team player with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence throughout an organization
- Highly organized and able to successfully prioritize multiple initiatives; ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A focus on service to internal and external customers
- Enthusiasm for continual changes in policy and processes
- Experience in a multi-location hospitality environment preferred (but not required)
