Sheehy Volvo of Hunt Valleyis looking to hire a BDC Associate! As aBDC Associate you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via the Internet phone and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service organization and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities
Internet Sales Lead Management -Monitor and respond to all internet sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about available inventory vehicle features and performance.
Lead Follow-up & Communication -Follow up with potential leads via phone email and text.
Return voicemails and messages to answer customer questions accurately and promptly.
Appointment Setting
Schedule appointments for online leads in alignment with dealership sales goals and objectives as defined by the General Sales Manager.
High-Volume Outreach
Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to engage with new and existing leads.
CRM Documentation
Accurately document all customer interactions preferences and feedback in the CRM system to maintain updated lead profiles.
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay current with new product releases vehicle features accessories and promotions.
Communicate benefits and specifications clearly to customers.
Customer Delivery Support
Act as a Technology and Product Specialist to ensure vehicles are clean accessorized and fully prepped for customer delivery.
Assist with vehicle movement on the lot as necessary to support efficient delivery.
Sales Meetings & Performance Review
Participate in weekly meetings with the management and sales team to review promotions sales incentives customer experiences and performance goals.
Online Customer Experience Oversight
Manage the end-to-end online customer experiencefrom first contact to post-sale service appointment (e.g. first oil change).
Ensure a smooth engaging and informative digital-to-dealership transition for every customer.
Customer Satisfaction & Social Media Engagement
Promote customer satisfaction by conducting post-sale follow-ups.
Feature satisfied customers on social media platforms to enhance the dealerships online presence and reputation.
