Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Production Manager
Location: Initial 3 months at Vasai post which Umargam Gujarat

At Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. we specialize in manufacturing high-quality industrial safety products including safety nets windscreen systems and lifeline safety a rapidly growing company we are committed to advancing safety standards across our manufacturing unit is located in Vasai Sativali. However we are excited to announce that a new state-of-the-art factory is under construction in Umargam Gujarat. We plan to transition our operations from Vasai to Umargam within the next six months.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
o Planning and organising production schedules
o Assessing project and resource requirements
o Estimating negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
o Monitor production to resolve issues
o Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
o Determining quality control standards
o Overseeing production processes
o Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
o Selecting ordering and purchasing materials
o Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
o Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
o Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
o Organising relevant training sessions.
Qualifications:
Education
o Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
Experience:
o 8 years of experience in manufacturing management with a proven track record of successful plant operations.
o Candidates preferred from the PEB/ Machine manufacturing industry.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems relevant to manufacturing.
Skills:
o Deep knowledge of production management
o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
o Knowledge of budgeting concepts
o Experience in reporting on key production metrics
o Outstanding communication ability
o Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
o Attention to detail
o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
