Job Description

As the Web3 Sales Manager at Santa Browser you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract Web3 advertisers and partners. You will close direct ad deals build relationships with crypto-native brands blockchain companies and Web3 ad networks and establish Santa Browser as a key player in Web3 ad monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify pitch and onboard Web3 advertisers and partners including crypto projects DeFi platforms GameFi companies DAOs and metaverse brands.
  • Develop relationships with Web3 founders marketing teams and community leaders to promote ad placements and sponsorship opportunities within Santa Browser.
  • Negotiate and close high-value ad deals ensuring long-term partnerships with Web3 advertisers.
  • Leverage existing Web3 communities forums and networks to identify new advertising opportunities.
  • Attend and represent Santa Browser at Web3 conferences blockchain summits and networking events to build strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the Ad Monetization team to optimize inventory pricing ad placements and demand strategies tailored for the Web3 market.
  • Analyze Web3 advertising trends competitor strategies and market developments to refine our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials targeting Web3 advertisers.
What We re Looking For:
  • 3 years of experience in Web3 sales business development and monetization.
  • Strong connections within the Web3 space including crypto projects DeFi protocols NFT platforms GameFi and blockchain-based advertising networks.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with Web3.
  • Understanding of Web3 ad monetization decentralized advertising models and blockchain-based user acquisition strategies.
  • Active participation in Web3 communities DAOs and crypto marketing circles.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills tailored for the Web3 audience.
  • Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
