Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

Worth Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for a highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in Eastbourne.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assisting clients with their property lettings requirements
- Conducting viewings and negotiating lettings deals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining and growing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of customer service and client care
- Confident well-presented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Eastbourne area is a plus
- Full UK Driving License is essential
- Previous lettings or estate agency experience preferred but not essential
