About You

As the subject matter expert in early talent youll be at the forefront of building and managing high-impact programmes for apprentices graduates interns and work placements. Collaborating with senior leaders educational institutions and workforce planning teams youll ensure early careers initiatives are aligned with our wider organisational and workforce strategy.

Youll lead a dedicated team foster key partnerships across the region and create meaningful development pathways that grow internal talent and open up opportunities for underrepresented groups. With a focus on performance progression and successful transition into long-term careers this role combines innovation influence and operational delivery to make a lasting impactboth for our people and the communities we serve.
