Job Description
May be assigned analysis in support of organizations annual budget process expense/service fee/staffing forecasts or statistical reporting.
Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.
Scope of position will be limited in size and complexity.
Assignments are given with detailed oral and/or written instructions.
All aspects of work results are reviewed throughout the task.
Ongoing finance and operation analysis.
Provide financial data/information for business operation.
Assists in financial forecast and annual operating plan.
Analyzes the financial statement.
Assists in budgeting activities.
Performs the monthly financial closing and reconciliation of accounts.
Assists in the preparation of financial reports.
Takes the initiative to take on challenging assignments and creates opportunity where none exists.
May provide coaching to less experienced HR staff.
May manage facility Affirmative Action Plan Dispute Resolution Program and hourly evaluations in conjunction with the American Management Association.
Research and analyze various difference types of data information.
* In addition the functions related to the Quality and EHS system included in Annex DG.18.1.1
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelors Degree in accounting / finance or related discipline
CPA or CMA a plus
5 plus years of experience with increasing responsibility.
