Ontario Shores is seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President Clinical Services to join its Senior Management Team. Reporting directly to the President and CEO the Vice President will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad and impactful portfolio that includes Geriatric Programs Adolescent and Dual Diagnosis Services Pharmacy Outpatient Services Integrated Health Services Peer Support and Recovery College Vocational Services and Ethics. Contributing overall to the positive and collaborative workplace culture this role plays a critical part in driving the hospitals mission and vision forward by advancing clinical excellence fostering innovation and ensuring a coordinated patient-centered approach across all areas of care.
As a key member of the executive team the Vice President will help shape and implement organizational priorities in alignment with the Boards strategic directions. This leader will champion a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety while fostering strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The position also includes executive responsibility for Ontario Shores ethics portfolio supporting the integration of ethical practices throughout clinical and organizational decision-making.
The ideal candidate will hold a masters degree in nursing social or health sciences (PhD preferred) and bring a progressive career in senior healthcare leadership within complex integrated care environments. Demonstrated knowledge of mental health theory and practice regulatory frameworks and evidence-based care models is essential. The successful candidate will be a transformational and inclusive leader with a track record of driving strategic initiatives strengthening interprofessional collaboration and enhancing patient outcomes.
