You will be supported by managers and peers and will have extensive exposure to various on the job activities. Our business provides integrated end-to-end asset life-cycle services to the Telecommunications Utilities and Transport sectors across Australia. We specialise in the design construction operation and maintenance of assets across these industries.

As a Graduate you could have a chance to work in a range of roles across various projects on projects at varying stages of the project management life cycle. This opportunity will provide practical hands-on experience to build upon your qualifications through structured learning a to solve challenges and deliver positive outcomes.

About You

We are seeking motivated reliable and committed individuals to join the Service Stream Graduate Program.

To be eligible for the program you must:

Have completed a minimum three-year undergraduate degree within the last 3 years from a recognised university

Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2026

Possess a valid drivers licence

What you need to know

At time of application candidates must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency

Service Stream is a project-based business therefore candidates may be asked to relocate to regional areas and interstate when required

Interviews and subsequent offers will be concluded in August 2025

Start your new role in February 2026
