The Opportunity
Join Ventias Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as a Senior Finance Analyst and play a key role in delivering high-impact insights to our Executive Leadership Team. This role supports monthly quarterly and annual reporting cycles and drives strategic financial planning aligned with Ventias growth objectives.
As a central member of Group Finance youll contribute to business planning forecasting and performance analysis to improve understanding and drive results across the organisation. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Group financial reports and performance commentary
- Analyse project performance overheads cash flow and forecasts
- Deliver quarterly reforecasts and project margin analysis
- Support the Annual Business Plan and ASX-related reporting
- Automate reporting using SAP BPC and Power BI
- Conduct ad hoc financial modelling and strategic analysis
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the business
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance Accounting or related field
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proficient in SAP BPC Power BI and Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in financial reporting modelling and analysis
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project accounting and translating financial information to non-financial stakeholders (preferred)
