The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by educating them about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. The host seeks exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. The host can be assigned to various areas of the business: Admissions Retail and Food and Beverage.
