Inventory Manager
Location: Glastonbury CT
Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

Monaco Ford is looking for a detail-oriented tech-savvy Inventory Manager who thrives in a hands-on outdoor work environment. This full-time on-site position offers a starting wage of $21/hour and blends the creativity of photography the precision of merchandising and the physical responsibility of maintaining a well-organized vehicle lot. What Youll Do
Photograph vehicle inventory and process high-quality images for online listings
Ensure timely merchandising of all vehicles (signage stickers and accurate listings)
Use dealership camera equipment to upload photos and condition reports
Collaborate with Sales Managers to write and maintain vehicle descriptions
Maintain lot organization and presentation standards
Re-image vehicles as needed to ensure consistency and quality
Assist in new vehicle prep and general lot duties
Follow all safety protocols while maintaining an efficient workflow
What Were Looking For
Interest or experience in photography (professional or hobbyist)
Basic computer skills and comfort using technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
