Scope of leadership role
Reporting directly to VP of Digital Solutions the IT Project Manager Expert will bring a wide range of experience and unique knowledge serving as the Black-Dot Owner for the AMC Digital Transformation Architecture Strategic Initiative. The first project on the horizon for this role is Salesforce.com Migration to the current version of lightning. This role is critical in driving both breakthrough & new capabilities for the Automation & Motion Control Segment.This IT Project Manager Expert will provide measurable impact across new products processes standards and our business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Collaboration
Guides the creation and execution of a series of prioritized commercial initiatives that support AMC strategic priorities for growth. These initiatives include but are not limited to projects that migrate AMC divisions to a defined set of Regal Rexnord digital technology platforms that support commercial activities (E.g. CRM PIM eCommerce website platforms etc.)
Supports solution architects technical program managers and project managers in identifying appropriate AMC subject matter experts to participate in project definition scoping and ongoing execution. Partners with stakeholders at all levels of leadership and cross-functionally to ensure appropriate engagement alignment and transparency across all stages of initiative lifecycles
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the project management of each initiative and secures required investments (Budgets/Capex Talent)
Operational Oversight
Manages and monitors cross-functional activities to build new tools and capabilities (product / capability development). Creates and manages team performance vs PDCA to ensure conformance to project timelines and performance/quality metrics
Manages and monitors actions to revise existing business processes and execute appropriate change management across the sales marketing and customer care operations that will leverage the new tools. This work will require close partnership with both the RRX Digital Solutions team and core team members from the commercial functions of all AMC divisions
Challenges the core team regarding the adequacy of actions the sequence dates etc.
Manages financial processes related to cross-charges vendor invoices and budget tracking
Supports leadership reviews with clear reporting on project status risks and mitigation plans
RBS Leadership
Champions a cross-divisional approach and application of RBS tools and methodologies to define AMC and division-level business requirements. Ensures the achievement of these needs through each phase of the digital new product/capability development process and across multiple concurrent DTA initiatives
Co-manages project deliverables; seeks mastery of appropriate Decision Point processes
Leads the creation of initiative charters resource alignment action plans TTI bowlers and PDCA cycles

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree advanced degree preferred
10 years of relevant experience in project management business systems or digital transformation
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and lead multiple functions globally
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Excellent at resolving conflicts interfacing comfortably with partners and technical teams
Proven ability to lead successful platform or technology migration projects including related business process change management
Business and technical background to facilitate collaboration between business and IT
Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem areas & potential solutions
Strong commercial operations experience particularly with sales-enablement tools
Deep understanding of a complex multi-stage sales funnel process and how marketing lead generation connects to this process
Direct hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and digital platforms and in defining and executing master data management processes for both customer and product information
Specific knowledge of Oracle SAP Salesforce CRM digital marketing and social media platforms including Sitecore CMS and Pardot Informatica PIM and product configurator tools a plus
Preferred EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of Salesforce ERP systems and digital platforms
Experience with both Regal Rexnord IPS and Altra legacy commercial business processes & legacy salesforce CRM systems
Experience working with Solution Architects of digital commercial enablement tools
PMP certification or equivalent certification in formal project/program management
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
RBS Commercial or Operational experience (i.e. experience designing and optimizing commercial business processes using SFDC to manage sales funnels)
