Description
Roby Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Service and Repair HVAC Technician to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services to our residential clients. As a vital member of our Home Services Division youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining HVAC systems ensuring optimal comfort and functionality for our customers.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems in residential settings to diagnose issues accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on various HVAC equipment including but not limited to furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and ductless systems.
- Replace or repair defective components parts or wiring to restore proper functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Follow company procedures and industry standards for safety protocols ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Keep accurate records of services performed parts used and work completed for billing and documentation purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing client concerns and inquiries while offering expert advice on system maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician preferably in a residential service and repair capacity.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems as well as industry regulations and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC repair and service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
