Job Description:
Map key community segments and support the development of event strategies tailored to their needs.
Help identify potential collaborators speakers panelists educators and influencers.
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events from virtual webinars to in-person community events.
Help coordinate logistics including scheduling venue/Zoom bookings communications and on-the-day support.
Assist in designing event feedback surveys to gather insights and improve future experiences.
Job Specification:
Experience with events university societies Islamic networks or community work
A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
